It is well known that Martial Arts equips people with the tools to defend themselves from a physical threat or assault but what about your mental health and wellbeing at Sanctuary Wellbeing our concept is to give you the tools to improve yourself physically,mentally and emotionally. Low self esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety and stress are just a few of the challenges that can threaten our wellbeing. With meditation to centre and calm the body and mind, Qi Gong and Tai chi to focus you, physical exercise to build up the serotonin levels and simply a safe place to reset...what we offer you is SANCTUARY.
