1,challenge any bad thoughts you have about yourself

2, take care of yourself

3, relax take time out of your busy day

4, set achievable goals

5, help others this can be a great boost to your self esteem and others

6, try and take a different perspective on things

7, try new things, sport,hobby, social

8, surround yourself with like minded people,who make you feel good and you make feel good.

9, accept yourself, if someone compliments you say thank you, dont brush it aside

10, keep a visual reminder of things that make you feel good, pictures of family,friends maybe.
