The important of stretching

Stretching releases chemicals called endorphins. These interact with receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger positive feeling in the body, giving you a high, which boosts and energises you for the rest of the day. And will give you a more positive outlook. Stretching also keeps the muscles flexible, strong, healthy and will maintain a good range of motion in the joints.

Daily stretching will not only keep the body healthy but also the mind reduces stress as the body is in a more relaxed natural state.
